CuberAI does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. To deliver our enterprise Services efficiently, we may disclose personal information to corporate affiliates, trusted vendors, and authorized partners under strict confidentiality agreements. Examples include:

Third-Party Service Providers: We utilize external vendors to perform specialized operational infrastructure tasks, including cloud hosting, database management, CRM operations, payment processing, transactional email delivery, and website performance analytics. These vendors have access to personal information solely to perform these targeted tasks and are legally barred from using or sharing it for any other purpose.

Legal Compliance and Safety: We may disclose your information to law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or courts if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is legally mandatory or essential to protect the rights, property, and physical safety of CuberAI, our clients, or the public.

Corporate Reorganization: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, corporate sale, joint venture, or bankruptcy, user databases and personal information will generally be transferred to the acquiring corporate entity as part of the business assets.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Sites use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and local storage technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to capture browsing metrics and system preferences passively. Cookies help us maintain secure login sessions, analyze traffic patterns, and optimize marketing campaigns. You can control or block Cookies through your personal browser configuration or our Cookie Consent Panel. Please note that disabling essential Cookies may degrade the functionality of certain interactive features within our Services.

6. Location of Information and Cross-Border Transfers

CuberAI is in Singapore, with computing infrastructure and third-party servers located across multiple global jurisdictions. Consequently, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside your native jurisdiction. CuberAI ensures that all cross-border data transfers are conducted strictly in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), ensuring that overseas recipients afford a standard of protection to the transferred data that is comparable to the protection provided under the PDPA.

7. Data Security

We enforce strict technical, physical, and administrative protocols designed to defend personal data against unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration, or unlawful destruction. These include end-to-end encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), strict role-based data access controls, and network firewalls. However, because no electronic transmission or digital storage method is completely infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users submit information at their own risk. If a data breach occurs, we will issue notifications to affected parties and regulatory authorities as dictated by local legislation.

8. Your Marketing Choices

You maintain full control over your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of receiving promotional email distributions at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link embedded in the footer of our emails or by messaging us directly at BD@CuberAI.com. Please note that opting out of marketing does not halt transactional or administrative emails tied directly to your active account status or ongoing software subscriptions.

9. CuberAI as a Data Processor / Data Intermediary

When executing AI automation, SaaS integrations, or processing system logs on behalf of our business clients, CuberAI acts solely as a Data Intermediary under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and a Data Processor under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws. In these instances, our enterprise clients serve as the Data Controllers / Organisations and retain ultimate control over the purposes and methods of data processing.

CuberAI processes such customer content strictly in accordance with the documented instructions and mandates outlined in the client's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA).

In line with applicable laws, end-users seeking to access, rectify, amend, or delete personal data held within an enterprise account must direct their requests to the respective enterprise Data Controller. As a data intermediary, CuberAI does not directly respond to end-user requests unless explicitly authorized by the corporate client or required by law. We will, however, reasonably assist our enterprise clients in fulfilling their statutory obligations to respond to data subject requests, subject to our mutual contractual agreements.

Your rights (PDPA)

Under the PDPA you may:

Confirm whether CuberAI holds personal data about you and request a copy.

Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data — including memory entries an agent has stored about you.

Withdraw consent (we will tell you the consequences before doing so).

Revoke any third-party integration you previously authorised.

Lodge a complaint with the PDPC if you believe we have not handled a request properly.

Submit requests to BD@CuberAI.com. We respond within 30 days. A reasonable administrative fee may apply for repeated or voluminous requests.

11. Privacy of Children Online

Our Sites and software platforms are professional enterprise tools intended strictly for business entities and adult individuals. We do not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that an individual under 16 has submitted personal records without verifiable parental permission, we will proactively purge that data from our production servers immediately.

12. Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosures

Because uniform international standards for browser-based "Do Not Track" (DNT) mechanisms have not been universally codified, our Sites do not modify data extraction protocols upon encountering DNT browser transmissions. We do, however, respect automated opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by regional statutes.

13. Information Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which that information was collected as set out in this Privacy Policy or for longer as required under any applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. Should you opt out or no longer wish to receive marketing messages from us, we will securely delete your personal information from the relevant mailing list(s).
